Public Utilities

When it comes to public utilities – your gas, electric, phone, cable and water bills – there's a lot to know, and the information can be confusing. Attorney General Lisa Madigan's Office offers a variety of resources to help you understand your rights and what programs and services are available to you and your family. Having the right information can help you save money and more importantly, avoid being misled.
