Reports to the General Assembly
Worker Protection Unit Task Force Report
Pursuant to 15 ILCS 205/6.4(d) (Public Act 101-00527), the Worker Protection Unit Task Force is required to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly regarding its progress no later than December 1, 2020.

Uncollected State Claims Report
Pursuant to 30 ILCS 205/2(j) the Attorney General is required to report to the General Assembly each year by February 1 the following information: (1) the total number and dollar amount of debts referred for collection in the preceding year;(2) the total amount actually collected; and (3) the number of cases referred by agency. The Attorney General satisfies this requirement by sending letters with accompanying statistics to the Secretary of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Democratic and Republican leadership of both houses of the General Assembly. Copies of the most recent reports sent to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House are included here.

Lead Poisoning Prevention Act Report
The Office of the Attorney General is required pursuant to 410 ILCS 45/12.1 (PA 94-0879) to annually report to the General Assembly the number of lead poisoning cases that have been referred to the Attorney General’s Office by the Illinois Department of Public Health for enforcement due to violations of this Act or for failure to comply with a notice of deficiency and mitigation order pursuant to subsection (7) of Section 9 of the Lead Poisoning Prevention Act. The Attorney General satisfies this requirement by sending letters to the Secretary of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Democratic and Republican leadership of both houses of the General Assembly. Copies of the most recent reports sent to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House are included here.

Crime Victim and Witness Notification Advisory (AVN) Committee Report
The Crime Victim and Witness Notification Advisory Committee (AVN Committee) was created in 1999 to assist the Office of the Illinois Attorney General in the implementation of the Illinois Automated Victim Notification System (AVN system). [725 ILCS 120/8.5(g)]. The AVN Committee is charged with evaluating the operation of the system and reporting its activities and status to the General Assembly each year.
